CARTRACK TRACKING UNITS

We hire out Trailers, so a year ago we used cartrack to installed tracker devices, so if something happen to our trailer we have cartrack to save us. We were told that the units we installed didn't need permanent power due to trailers only getting power when being towed with a vichele. They told us that the unit and battery has 9 days without needing power. Before the unit and battery need charging again.

About a month ago, we started to get problems with the units. We hire out 2 trailers that failed to return the day they should have.. We called control room to find the locations of the trailers, and they could not find any location... Luckily the one trailer return that same day. We opened a case at police station for the other trailer and contacked cartrack to recover the trailer, but they told us they could not find any location, because the unit needs permanent power.. We contacted them again for location one of our trailer that was standing in our yard, and till today no one contacted us back.. We added a new trailer in November 2018 and till today the registration number on their system is wrong, I've called them, emailed them and still no one was capable to change it.

I feel that they are ripping us off. There service is extremely poor, everyone you talk to has a different story about how the units work.

We want to cancel our contract because I'm paying R2130.00 a month for nothing and now they want me to pay a cancellation fee of R15300.00 for their poor service. This company needs to pull up their socks because I will not recommend anyone to them. I will not leave it here, I will fight this.
