Cartrack tracking in another City from where car is

What a nightmare, my car is in the garage where I live and they are tracking my car over 160Km away from my home in another city, the app shows that it is parked there, and dont try customer service because it doesnt exist.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
