Cartrack - tracking device draining battery after one week

On 24 February, a tracking device was installed in my vehicle. Since then I have had two incidents where I have had a failed battery. The car cannot be started and the radio comes on for no reason. The battery completely drained. I phoned the call centre asking for assistance and their lack of concern for my situation was absolutely shocking. They told me it was a Sunday and they had no technicians on standby. Then they said I cannot speak to manager because one was not available. They told me to fall in and fit in to when they have a technician available in the coming week. I went on to explain to the agent that I have a child to get to school, myself and my husband need to get to work and my car is not drivable. I asked for a technician to be dispatched immediately to assess the unit and why its causing mechanically fault to my car. I was completely disregarded and treated as if I did not matter. After paying my 1st premium and tying myself to a 3 year contract, this is how i am treated. I have lost all faith in Cartrack. Please don't ever make the same mistake and do business with them.
