Cartrack took off 2 vehicles instead of just 1 that was in a collision

Cartrack took off 2 vehicles instead of just 1 that was in a collision. After many calls the cars tracker is stil not activated. Now they say it is the unit. The unit was working fine before someone stuffed up.
