Cartrack to refund me my money.
dear sir /madam, please I'm asking for your help regarding Cartrack, I made a payment to a wrong reference number that they sent me, and now I want them to refund me my money they keep on telling me that they will get back to me now.. now.. Since the 28th October. So I'm asking for you help with this issue ASAP.
