Cartrack Threats

I am receiving numerous e-mails threatening me over 'arrears' I owe CARTRACK. <br> <br> I have rep**** so many times demanding clarification if any as to where these arrears are coming from since I cancelled my service with CARTRACK long ago. Still I don't receive any feedback, instead I receive black listing news for what? A service I no longer use?? <br> <br> I have the whole trail of e-mails, 1st during my struggle to cancel CARTRACK and 2nd requesting to know the basis of the ghost arrears I owe CATRACK. It seems there is too much incompetence loitering around in your billing/accounts department. I will repeat again here, can someone call me and clarify the arrears I am alleged to owe CARTRACK and please desist from flooding my inbox with unsubstantiated threats. I can't keep writing to you forever...meanwhile proceed with your threats but I have my e-mails to expose your INCOMPETENCY!!!
