Cartrack threatening messages
Absolutely useless. I am on a month to month and keep on getting harassed every month for payment. I paid my account early and then received a threatening message of being blacklisted, etc and handed over for legal action for not settling my account of R170.00. My monthly payment is R168.00. They harass me every month before or after date of payment with messages like this. Absolutely ridiculous for such a small amount. They will lose customers of bad behavior and poor service.

Please be advised that we have escalated it to our Accounts Department. They will arrange for the outstanding amount to be included in the next debit order to ensure the account is cleared. Once processed, you will no longer receive calls from us regarding this issue.

05 May 2025, 15:17Further to my message on Friday, I was then harassed in Saturday with messages again.
I received a call today from Cartrack regarding this issue. So for some strange reason, my monthly installment was not R160.00 but R160.15.
They did not call or inform me as I was paying the amount that I was told months ago. Payment reflects for months for R160.00. This is something strange and new to me. But for 15c it is very disrespectful in the manner which they handled and conducted this. First the payment was not received and today I was told that it was received on the 29th and the arrears is R10.00. I give up. The person responsible for these messages should be dealt with properly. This individual damages the reputation of the company and cause a loss of business. I wonder how many more people have experienced this.

Lady in a car track vehicle reg LC59HVGP was 3 or 4 cars behind me came onto the turning lane and then cut me off as I took off back into the single lane almost causing an accident. She then drove through a solid red robot disregarding other drivers. I then went around her hooted and asked her what is her problem and I will report her. She just laughed and ignored me. Absolutely no care. Another rude individual you need to make an example of. She knew exactly where she was going to as she drove all the way up to Grovenor and turned right into Main road in Bryanston. You now have taxi drivers?
