Cartrack *******

I am very disappointed in the cartrack service. In march there was a technition who came out to repaire the cars tracking system. The technition compelted the job which i do not know if he even did anything because when he left the tracker was still not working and the engine cover from my vehicle was missing. I there after recalled the technition and he acted like he did not work in the engine bay , this is a lie as i have picture where the technition has the engine bay clearly open and i have the cartrack ehi le in the picture as well also the tecnition nade treats to me at the same time the technitions name is Nico. When i called cartrack to resolve this issue i had spoken to Nathaniel the techinical manager who also **** to me about opening the engine bay until i told him i have a picture then he changed his story again saying no it is regulation to open the bonnet. It is now May and the refuse to help me saying it is not there problem , i have many eye witnesses who know that the engine cover was there before the cartrack technition worked on my car. Cartrack employs ******* and then defends them as well.
