Cartrack - the worst tracking company in SA
I joined cartrack in 2016 or 2017, sold the car that was installed with their unit. I called them in May 2022 to cancel, was sent from pillar to post eventually got an agent to send cancellation form, I filled it in and sent it back but alas they just kept taking money out of my account and not even on authorized dates. Even today 23 September they debited their amount. If you want a headache, join Cartrack.

12 Aug 2023, 15:27A year later Cartrack is back again taking money out of my account unauthorized. No one can tell me what the money is for as i canceled my contract a year ago. I am being threatened by their customer service personnel every single day yet they fail to tell me what I am supposed to be paying for.
