Cartrack - The worst Service Provider

I signed up for Cartrack's tracking & Dashcam after speaking to a friendly & very knowledgeable sales consultant (Minenhle). My contract was supposed to start 1 Sept 25, but due to stock take, they asked to install the unit 2 Sept 25 @ 8am & I agreed accordingly. The vehicle is part of our transport business & every hour off the road is costing us money to which I explained to the scheduling consultant when she scheduled the appointment for fitment. I received a call from another consultant just after 10:30 am on 1 Sept 25 informing me that they are able to send a Technician between 1pm & 2pm, to which I told him to make 110% sure that the technician can make it & that he have stock on hand. I was contacted again by the same agent & he confirmed that the Technician will be at my house by 1pm & he's got stock on hand. I called my driver & told him to be at my house by 12:55pm latest. As he pulled up at 12:54pm my phone rang & it was Cartrack informing me that they are not able to install anymore due to the Technician not having the stock on hand. I than said let's keep the appointment for 8am the following day. I called just after 8am & was told to hold while they get in touch with the technician & confirm how far he is, which took them 45 min just to take me off hold to tell me that they are still trying to get hold of him. I was than contacted by the technician +-30min later saying that he informed the office that none of them have stock on hand & would need to collect it from the office before they can attend to any installations, but he will try to make a plan to get unit & let me know what time he can come out to install it. He contacted me again & informed me that he will be at my house after 10am & he kept his word. He installed the unit & left.

On 4 Sept 25 an error popped up once & not again for the entire day. This started happening more frequently towards 14 Sept 25 only to find out that the OBD2 port was not in it's place, but was left in the & I sent an email to my Sales consultant who sent the email to the technical department & copied me on the email. I didn't hear anything for over a week & logged a complaint on their website around 25 Sept & emailed all the email addresses I had & could find on their website & than I only received several calls.

I had to pay my mechanic to remove the dash cover, put the OBD2 port in it's place & scan the car than clear all the Faults. Cartrack sent out their QC who agreed with my mechanic that the faults were because the battery was disconnected & that the car's wiring was tapped into in order for them to install the tracker & dashcam system. I had to get a full report of what happened from my mechanic for them & I also included the Invoice & Diagnostic report.

They now rejected the reports & invoice indicating that the Faults were not Cartrack related. They don't want to take responsibility as they were supposed to clear the faults, but most importantly, they are saying that their technician didn't leave the OBD2 port in the dashboard. I waited over a week for them to contact me to schedule a date & time for him to come put the port in it's original position, but no response until I write to the CEO's Escalation Email on their website, but they are still not taking responsibility, never mind the money we lost on 1 & 2 Sept 25 when their scheduling department messed up & I asked for a manager to contact me on both days. I even asked my sales consultant to ask a manager to contact me. They have the calls to prove it.

This is the worst service I have ever received & I have receive bad service in my life before.
