Cartrack- The Worst Car Tracking Company Out There!

I signed up with cartrack to place a tracker in my company vehicle for R200 p/m. The tracker doesn't pick up the live location of the vehicle and only updates after lengthened periods of time. They sent out a technician to fix it and once that was done they claimed that it was working fine. It still isn't working and i requested them to cancel it as i am not willing to pay for something that's faulty even though they claim it's working. When i spoke to a lady at cartrack she then told me that there's a earlybird cancellation fee. Why should i pay an earlybird cancellation fee on a service that was never provided to me in the first place, cartrack should actually refund me all that they've charged me from day one as i haven't actually received any service from them!
