Cartrack, the provider of DISGUSTING SERVICE

I got the most DISGUSTING service from Lufuno Mpenyane actually cartrack as a whole. I asked for my contract to be canceled and I never received confirmation, now the debited R850 from my account today whereas my debit date is the last day of each month. I didn't approve any debit order for that amount. Anyway I asked her to load an arrangement of R900 end May and end June. Please may I have it on paper that You guys will only debit last day of May and last day of June! I am going to make sure that I tell anyone willing to listen and willing to take cartrack about the most disgusting service that they CAN EXPECT FROM CARTRACK! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I DONOT WANT ANYONE TO CALL ME, JUST SEND ME THE CONFIRMATION OF THE ARRANGEMENT!
