Cartrack (The battery drainers)

Since Cartrack was installed in my Ranger it was non stop giving problems (battery flat). The dealership were I bought the vehicle replaced the battery before selling it. 6 month's after the purchased, the battery was replaced again on my cost and another one 8 month's ago. I've called cartrack numerous times. Everytime different stories at the end they said "was the vechile tested by a auto electrician". My vechile was 3 days at Ford for tests. Report: from their side nothing is wrong and suggested the unit must be disconnected. So Cartrack how many batteries must I replace according to you? The onlything that are mentioned from your side is that i will pay under correction R600 if you come out. Will you pay all my thousands that I've spend just to get the vechile running for awhile? My vehicle also have been towed at a stage (my wife and baby stranded). (Battery flat)Constantly worrying and asking friends to come and jump start my vehicle and now driving with jumper cables permanently. What's the way foward? Is this how you conduct business? If the vehicle would be ****** now do you think the insurance will pay out due to battery flat? Please wake up!!!!!!
