Cartrack Terrible Service

I have been trying since September 2025 to get an issue with the cartrack unit draining my battery resolved. They have been taking my money every month, refuse to cancel the contract without me paying a cancellation fee, even though they have not been tracking my vehicle since September. Everytime you communicate with them they have to escalate or investigate. Really bad experience
