<div>I've been having problems getting these guys to call me back regarding their services. When I do call them to locate my vehicle, I'm told they cannot pick it up on their system and they will call me back, no one calls back. When I call back again after a few days I get the same response but not one ever calls back. I stopped paying because Im not getting any service from them. When I stopped paying the calls demanding payment started rolling in.. Including letters of demand!!! I'm always asking them why should I be paying for a service I'm not getting and I never get a response but with no fail another agent will call me asking for payment. No one bothers to come and check if their unit is working or not.. From January.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
