cartrack terms and conditions

Hi I am Nonhlanhla Onewang entered into a contract with cartrack.

my car was written off on the 19th called cartrack to notify them of my situation and asked to cancel the contract since I no longer have are car. they refused

I spoke to Precious on the 19th October 2018, Nomanzi 20th 11:14 they adviced me that if I want to cancel their contract I need to pay R1700 irrespective of the given circumstance

I have asked them to refer me to the terms and conditions the only clouse she showed me was elitermination which does not ellaborate on which terms.

Please can some one intervene.thank you.
