Cartrack Tempered with My Car's Electrical Wiring and is Delaying to Resolve It!

To say I am frustrated would be an understatement, I regret the day I accepted a telemarketing call from Cartrack. I am actually on the brink of escalating them to the ombudsman pursuing legal means to have my issue resolved. They sent a technician to come and fit a unit on my vehicle, which took over 6 hours, and then the unit failed testing several times until I decided to cancel the contract. When the technician uninstalled the unit, he tempered with the wiring and now I can't lock nor unlock my car with both sets of keys, an issue I have never had ever since purchasing my car. I have been calling and being told that my matter has been escalated to the technical department and that this department will contact me but my issue remains unresolved to date. This happened on Friday the the 9th of May, we're now approaching close of business on the 12th of May and my issue remains unresolved. They are quick to schedule a date to install a unit when they are trying to sell themselves but slow to resolve issues. I am actually glad that I didn't go ahead with the contract because now I know how they conduct themselves as a business. If you were considering Cartrack as a service provider, I would strongly discourage you from doing so to spare yourself the frustration. The security of my car is now compromised thanks to them. I have had to postpone doctors' appointments and make a plan to commute to work because I cannot park my car in public when it doesn't lock. I really regret the day I accepted the call from this company.

No, I will not accept your apology until you have resolved my issue. It's the 13th of May and no one from your company has contacted me to schedule an appointment to fix my car. You know very well that you're not even going to compensate me for the inconvenience you have caused me.
