Cartrack technician ruined my safety feature on my new car

Last week On the 5th, a technician by the name of Khathu came to install tracking devices on my new car. Arrived late around 4pm. Fine, then when he was doing the testing, I picked up that now the car was reporting that a security feature (airbags) has been disabled, not functioning anymore.

I asked him about it then, he then said he will correct that after testing the devices. He tried, but the car still reported the system faulty. He then tried calling a guy named Zack or Zirk, he was unavailable. And so Khathu received a call from his girlfriend, told me they supposed to meet in Pretoria cbd he was already late, and the girlfriend was leaving for limpopo. He then asked I release him, he would come back Saturday if the problem carried on.

On Saturday I did try call him , but his phone was off, I sent an sms letting him know that the car is still reporting airbags off. My car was just 3days old the. Since then , I've been sending him smses but he keeps giving excuses , while I'm driving myself and my family in car with airbags not functioning because of him. I did give him smoke time to have the issue resolved, but now I'm fed up beyond words. I'm not settled fully because he us not taking me or my matter serious.

It's really turning into a worst experience in regards to service delivery. I want this resolved pronto, so send another technician asap or suggest an alternative solution, but bare in mind, I will not pay a cent for something I did not cause cartrack should and will.
