Cartrack taking money but no tracker in my car

Terrible company, I have already paid to fit a tracker in my car , they tried to fit one but they couldn't because they submitted the wrong vehicle details. They forwarded me to a call centre because they wanted me to rectify their mistake , but I held on for a long time and I gave up waiting.

Since then they tried to debit my account and then they phoned me straight away when they saw that the payment didn't go through, so I told them they didn't got a tracker in my car and I am disgusted by the fact that they were trying to ***** my money.

I have written 2 emails requesting a refund but I haven't received any feedback yet.

Very ********* company , won't recommend them and I won't be using their services.
