Cartrack Takes The Money Then Runs

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for Cartrack to install a tracker in my new car. I have submitted the forms and followed up with Cartrack but still nothing. They were very efficient when it came to signing my up for a contract and very efficient debiting my account, but once this is done they have no service whatsoever.
