Cartrack take your money for nothing

1 star is too much to give Cartrack. My car was ****** in August this year and I immediately notified them. They went ahead and debited me my monthly subscription anyways, for a car I no longer had. I queried this and was told the accounts department would get back to me but I've heard nothing from them. They also cannot tell me where the last place my car was before the tracking device was removed. What's the point of me having paid R300 a month for 4 years if they cannot even do their job? I'm the one chasing after them asking for updates as if it's my job. Nevermind the R150 000 they promise to give you if they can't find your car
