Cartrack systems' tracking service did not detect device deinstalled from my vehicle!

Cartrack did not inform me that tracking device deinstalled from my vehicle! Cartrack claim device not on vehicle I sold but had not informed me that my tracking device was being tampered with either! I am trying to resolve an issue with Cartrack regarding a tracking device deinstalled from a previous vehicle to another vehicle but Cartrack technician informed me that the tracking device was not on the vehicle!
