cartrack system offline they cant track your vehicle

cartrack is the most useless recovery company i will not recomend them to any body, and warn the guys that are with car track you better move as when you car is ****** they cant find it.

I had my truck hijacked today with my driver. when I tried contacting car track I struggled for more than an hour to get hold of cartrack. every time you get through they play a message I don't know for how long telling you how good they are then they say for emergency press 2 when you do that you hold on and on and on, until the phone cuts of. eventually after how many attempts I got hold of them and told them that my truck was hijacked with my driver, there answer to me is sorry sir our system is offline we will call you back. needles to say they never called back. I had to call again and again and again with no success. after about 4 hours someone called me and said sorry sir we cant find or get a location we checking hotspots. They don't care about your asset nor do they care about a human life that is in danger. How pathetic that a tracking company cant track your vehicle. USELESS USELES COMPANY. CARTRACK BE FORSURE THIS CASE IS NOT GONA END HERE
