Completely disappointed

My name is Siphiwe Mahlasela cell number ********** 849 .Today I received an SMS which stated " A1 ASSIST has been dispatched to assist you. Vehicle:DV81PPGP. Your reference number is: 46465 To view the progress of the service provider use the url https://www.rassys.co.za/SPlink/SP/SP.html?id=46465" I did not request for any roadside assistance and that's not even my car. I then called cartrack to cancel this whole arrangement and the lady tried to assist but I was not satisfied with her answer because she said I should call back back tomorrow so I then requested to speak to her supervisor to urgently escalate this and put a stop to this so she did just that and forgot to put me on hold. I overheard Melusi Mlangeni (so called supervisor)shouting at a poor girl as though she's disrupting him . He then came to take my call (still sounding irritable) , I asked him why did he had to shout at a poor girl for 5min flat while I was holding and hearing everything he was saying to her he then tried to be sarcastic and put the phone down on me without assisting me.

I mean there is a lot of ***** going on these days and with disrespectful supervisors like Melusi Mlangeni it will only lead to more frustration and anger (towards reputable companies) when such is reported on our phones without my authorization.
