Cartrack sucks... I regret joining

I have been having a panic button that does not work I don't know for how long, I tested it about 2 weeks ago and they said a technician would call. I called again twice after that with no help. I finally got a lady that told me that I should pay R600 for repairs or R350 to get it removed. So now I am driving around with a device that does not work. I regret ever joining you guys. I have had other tracking devices that let you know when a device is faulty and they send out people to come and fix at no cost. You suck
