Cartrack sucks

Cartrack I’m very dissapointed in your service! Today I got a call stating that my device is faulty and it’s is running directly off my car battery! Basically killing my battery! When asked if you will replace my battery if it no longer works you informed me NO! You will not be liable for damages that your device causes!!! Then you only want to schedule a technician for 2 weeks from now!! After a lot of back and forth, you agreed to send someone out today! They were scheduled to be here after 1 pm. It’s after 5 pm and still no one ! I phoned you now for answers and you told me the tech had a flat tire! Is that really an excuse for being 4 hours late?? Now I need to wait for a call back. This is really ridiculous. You have now lost me as a client! I hope everyone reads this thats client of yours!
