Cartrack Sucks 😈!!!

I had a Cartrack account for sometime until I cancelled my contract with them in August of 2024, with the last debit order having gone end of September 2024, fast forward to February 2025 I received a call and emails from Cartrack indicating that I owed a R182.71 which didn’t make any sense but nonetheless I made a payment on 6 February 2025 after receiving a call from one of their employees by the name of Kutloano around 15:58 on the 6th February 2025. She sent me their banking details post that call and I made an immediate payment, fast forward to that payment and sending an email to their client services with the proof of payment attached onto the email I get an email from Cartrack attorneys that I owe R182.71, fast forward to that I received relentless emails, WhatsApp texts and sms’s indicating that I owe this mysterious R182.71 that I had already paid. It’s the 10 February 2025 and I still recieve emails from Cartrack that I owe them money. This is the very reason why I cancelled my contract with Cartrack, because how do I still owe money on an account that I cancelled in August 2024, six months down the line I am told I owe money on the very same account that I cancelled and the last debit order having gone off end of September 2024. This is blatant harassment and it would only be correct for Cartrack to close this matter and leave me the h%# alone I don’t owe them anything!!!!!
