Cartrack sucks

I trade in my old vehicle in Oct 2024 and contact cartrack to cancel and the lady told me no need to as my contract will expire Dec 2024. Now Jan 2025 catlrtrack is still looking for money and now I am told they cannot process cancellation immediately *** no way I am giving them anymore money how can I pay for tracker for my old car that is no use for me. I have a new car now and it does not make sense I am paying for something which I have no benefit are you for real. Cartrack sucks
