Cartrack sucks

I gave contacted cartrack on various occasions to resolve a complaint. The call centre agents don't assist. The branch just lifts their shoulders. So I stopped paying to get their attention. Now they can phone me 2 to 3 times a day but still won't escalate or assist in resolving my problem. I will be moving to another company today. The middelburg branch and their after sales service is terrible. The staff a disgrace to customer service industry
