Cartrack sucks

Cheap and affordable but service is pathetic and not professional at all. Had 2 of my vehicles fitted with Cartrack and problems from day 1. Now have a problem with my 1 vehicle and it is not getting a signal. I removed the battery because of repairs done. No calk from Cartrack regarding this. I phoned them regarding the faulty unit and 4 days later still nothing. I phoned again and e-mailed them. Nothing. Eventually I phoned the emergency number and they said they will notify the technical department. 3 days later I phoned again and still no services. Stay away from Cartrack and do not install. Pathetic unproffesional and no loyalty towards the customer.
