Cartrack sucks

Worst experience of all tracking companies. I work for a car dealer. I do sell tracking unit to my customers. Catrack came to see me and I signed up with cartrack. Not only to sell to my customers but also for my private vehicle. Their app is so bad. You have to go in on your app when you stop to active the carwatch. Otherwise your early warning system doesnt work: and on my vehicle the insurance needs an early warning system. My car Guard on the app never worked proparly. Sometime hours other time for days mostly about half an hour after I stopped the vehicle would show I am still driving. So no car guard. No insurance. Agter numerous calss my sales rep could not help me he said i must upgrade to n better plan and a new Vodac sim. Even after i received the paper work he told me I do not have a contract as per our aggreement. Paperwork was just for office use. So i signed. Now after 2 years my app still not workng I cancelled and after one month my app stopped working. Stll my debit order goes through and now I owe them money because I still have a contract. No one would listen or help. I get calls daily saying i owe them mone and still debeit my account. My Rem Keegan Jones just did not do anything. Worst experiance with a tracking company
