Cartrack Sucks!

1 week ago, they reported my unit was not working. Arranged a Tuesday appt at my work. It came to 3.05 and he phoned to say he is on his way and it would take a couple of hrs. I said no as I cant stay at work by myself. So, it was arranged the next day at my home for 5.30. Did he come - no!!!

This is not the first time that I have been messed around by them but it will be the last! I even reported this on Thursday the 24th and what was done - nothing! And this is what we must pay for??
