Cartrack Sucks!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have been a cartrack customer for over 2 yeears. Early this year when my car was written and i tried to cancell my contract with cartrack i was advised by cartrack not to cancell the contract but to kepp it active so that when i have a new car they will just go and unustall the tracking device from the old car and install it on to the new car. unfortunatel that was all lies. so much lies at so much expense on me. when i finally bought another and ask cartrack to get my tracking device i have been paying for and still paying for today, they told me different story. they told me that i have to find the old car which was sold on auction, get the adress and set an appointment for cartrack technician to come and unistall the device at a cost of R800+. They never told me that, they told me they were going to track it like they were tracking a stollen vehicle and i need to not worry about a thing, they never even mention the cost of unistallation and re installation. after a month of calling i finaly spoke to somebody who told me that the agent i have been speaking to didnt know what they were saying and they wasted my time "call recorded i suppose". she told me all they needed to do was to cancell the old contract and sign me up for a new contract at no cost. that also did not happen. I have for 5 months paid for a contract/device that i wasnt using and i am still paying for this device/contract today. I have been greatly cheated, i am still being cheated and ****** of R137.94 monthly</p>
