Cartrack sucks

I've almost 1 year of not getting good service from cartrack and their consultants Ayanda and Makhabane don't deserve to work there. I've lodged several complaints regarding my bakkie registration number BG91KNGP with no success. On 30th January 2025,I called cartrack to complain about their service where I spoke to Makhabane and promised to get back to me in 48 hours and never did. Then there was this Ayanda who was not prepared to listen to my side of the story. For the past year, cartrack was debiting my account without proper service.
