Cartrack stupid rule and no R150k watch out.
After many calls Cartrack goes silent, just a guy that calls you after you post something on Hellopeter to sweet talk you. There insurance when they can't find your car after 60 days is a true fairy tale. They will not payout if you don't put is a claim 30 after the theft and 30 before they still 30 days to find it. That is like claiming your death policy 30 days before you die. Stupid rule that will not change the outcome on of their side but they will not inform you of this rule and will not remind you of this stupid rule. For one they dont have to pay then and after 30 days they dont have to look for your car no use if they know they are not going to have to pay R150k for not finding your car. Looks like a win win for Cartrack. You paid your premie and a stupid rule that does not change the outcome of the 60 days they will deny your payout. These people are as good a ****mers as I have hade delt with insurance business. They will keep taking your money while they save not having to look for your car after their devise has been disabled and your car is gone and you did not claim even if they still had 30 more days to find it, dont forget they dont have wast recourses after 30 days to look for your car. And they smile all the way to the bank.

of it or the *****'s know where the devise is installed to be able to find it within 150 meters from where the car was ******. Not good for a company whom you have to entrust with your car. Happend to me and car was never found and due to a stupid rule of having to claim 30 before the 60 days are oner no car and no R150k. Watch out for these guys they will do anything not to pay your R150k and of course if you don't claim 30 days before the 60 days who says they are still looking for your car? They don't have to pay your R150k so why look for it and your insurance will take the fall. THEY DONT CARE if they find your car or not.
