Cartrack stop *****ing from the poor.

I have a contract with Cartrack to pay R181 to pay through debit order. Since I do not get paid much I make sure that I have enough money for my debit orders to the cent. I have started realizing that Cartrack has been taking an additional amount of R50. Nobody has called me to discuss this and I have gone through my emails and contract to make sure it was communicated. If I had additional money it would be easier as I do not have to bear bank charges. But now I have bank charges for a transaction I know nothing about. Cartrack this is *****. STOP IT I am not a reach ausi, as I am struggling to get by. Giving you access to my bank account for debit orders does not mean it is a Cookie jar where you take money when you feel like it.
