The Cartrack ****** vehicle warranty is ****!!!!!
I was hijacked , beaten up and driven around for hours by the hijackers. The incident left me traumatized and I was unable to attend to administration issues for a significant amount of time.
Just as I thought I had recovered I was involved in a car accident which left me with skull fractures, shoulder operation and hospitalization. My health has been under siege.
I called Cartrack a number of times and I was told that you were still looking for the vehicle via visuals and you would get back to me. No one reached out to me after that.
Now they rejected the warranty claim telling me that I am late.
