Cartrack still debating my account after several attempts to cancel contract

I have made several attempts with Cartrack to cancel my contract. It has been 6 months now and they are still debating my account. I have been calling, sending emails and also tried to contact them via their WhatsApp platform still no luck

Today I spoke to one of their consultants she even dropped the call on me because she failed to comprehend my situation.
