Cartrack steeling from customers

Cartrack are steeling money from customer , sold my vehicle and transferred the unit to the new owner , Cartrack have now debited me on 2th , 29th , 31st , for more than R 1700, when complaining to them they say they are sorry but dont know why funds have been deducted, also I will wait 2 to 14 days for funds to be returned to me.
