Cartrack *****s Money - Recovery ??? What is that...

I was paing a Cartrack account for many years. Over a year ago the account was paid up without my knowledge and they never trep**** to any of my mails etc. Their attorneys also kept harrassing me aswell till they eventually figured out aswell that I had overpaid them. Till date and many emails they have not returned any of my emails or calls and they still owe me monies which should be paid back with interest.
