Cartrack stay very far away

They messed me around for 3 days in November last year for a reinstallation so I cancelled my contract and got confirnation via telephone that its was cancelled and that the last debit order will be in December 2024. Today I get told its not cancelled and that there will be 2 more debit orders, they are refusing to fix their mistake and refusing to give me access to the recorded calls that proves I cancelled. My contract was expires so I was on a month to month. Stay far away they are the bad and you can make up your mind about what they are by doing the above!
