Cartrack Staff Unhelpful

Cartracks online (Whatsapp) staff are the most unhelpful people I've ever come across. Early yesterday morning I requested for assistance with moving a unit from a vehicle to another. 5 hours had passed and not a single response from Cartrack and I sent another message to say not to worry they can rather cancel my policy and they happily came back asking for the reason for cancellation and I mentioned its for their service provided and they just responded asking for me to confirm my id number and vehicle registration to proceed with my request. This is to a customer that's been with them for many many years and referred quite a few people to them. Needless to say no more...
