cartrack staff not assisting...

My account is been debited for my X wife the contrackt is in name of x wife and the vehicle as well .. I have phoned to stop the debid order but still money is been taken of from my bank acount.

No one seems to worry or even just stop the debid order going of from the wrong account

This is been going on now for more than a year.

Please cartrack do I need legal assistance here or why is a simple request so difficult to do. What am i to do with all the bank costs involve.
