*********** Cartrack staff. Cant find emails and all give different information

I signed up for cartrack yesterday. Afterwards i was told the my car currently has a tracker fitted which is on the previous owners details. Ive forwarded my id and car registration paper to cartrack as told by your consultants and everyone of the 3 told me different stories. Can someone competent please assist me to get this sorted.
