Cartrack Staff and Vehicles a Nuisance!

Residents of Lombard Close in Edgemead have been subjected to this for almost a year. Guests of the two guest houses rented by Cartrack in the small Close repeatedly obstruct access to properties by parking infront of driveways and garages (Parking 14 vehicles at a guest house with parking for only 2 vehicles each). Furthermore, these guests (Cartrack staff) litter on private properties and infringe on owners rights. The owner of the two guest houses (Goblin's Mead) refuses to accept any responsibility for the inconvenience and nuisance caused to the neighbours by Cartrack Staff vehicls, and Cartrack only say that they will talk to staff.
