Cartrack - Speechless
I went and took a tracking device with car track after a few days a vehicle was written off called car track and explained my situation to them was given an option to whether cancel my contract or continue paying for my device i asked if are they going to go and remove my device?
I was advised that i must pay the Re-installation and De-instalation of the unit, I am not going to pay for that and no one told me about the re-installation fee.
THEY MUST JUST TELL WHERE THE UNIT,I will remove it and safe keep it my myself until i get a vehicle,
The vehicle was written off for crying out loud and i am still willing to continue paying for the unit,
Their Team are just a joke you call today different info tomorrow different story.

23 Feb 2022, 11:25Spoke to Cartrack Client services now and was advised that i can go ahead and do re& de installation dont know where you get your employee from the attitude and clearly you dont listening to your call Car Track im not going to the Re-De fee.
