Cartrack solutions are good but the customer care consultants and company processes are seriously bad

Cartrack solutions are good but the customer care consultants and company processes are seriously bad. Agents have a bad attitude, give bad information and I was given the option to make an EFT payment however, I was still debited. I’m pulling all my vehicles from this service provider. Utter nonsense!!
