Cartrack Shenanigans

Thus far Cartrack has been a pretty decent firm to take care of my vehicle. I did, however, notice that I received fewer and fewer notifications the longer that I was a client. Recently I was contacted by this firm to pay a small amount to continue their services. This is an additional once-off payment as I still pay my monthly payments.

This is now the issue I have with them. They emailed me their Terms and Conditions and the document is so full of legalese that I do not want to sign that which I do not understand. So after many "no responses" I finally got hold of a person I could talk to who basically said I had to take it or leave it. So...Cartrack, please supply your clients with a number they can call you on and a person who can explain what some of these "Terms & Conditions" mean. Otherwise your arrogance can be misconstrued as the company possibly wanting to con the public with various legal statements which will all be in this company's favour.
