Cartrack shares your vehicle whereabouts without your consent.

Cartrack has failed constantly from a service delivery perspective. Cartrack *******ly gave my car tracking details to a third party without my consent. And are now currently refusing to assist me with investigating the matter. I requested them to cancel my contract then if my personal details and assets are to be given out and they refused citing that I have to pay a 2700 cancellation fee.

Cartrack are a bunch of ****** and should be ashamed to think that they have the best interest of the customer at heart.

They will be hearing from the ombudsman and my lawyer with regards to the breach in confidentiality
