CARTRACK - SHAME ON YOU!

Installed not one, but two trackers from Cartrack as my vehicle is "high risk". Vehicle was ****** days after the second tracker was installed. Cartrack could not recover, and to use their own words "unfortunately the ******* know the 7 areas where the trackers are installed and remove them within minutes". But this is not where my bad experience with them ends. I went to their offices the following day and they told me that a consultant will contact me to assist with further enquiries. NO CALL. Called them again. Eventually I received the forms to claim the R150k "in the event they cannot recover my vehicle". Now I am talking weeks after the event. Completed the forms with the necessary documents only to receive an email. DECLINED. My claim was not received within 30days after the insident. What a lot of ****. Quick to collect your monthly premium, VERY SLOW to assist. They've won, I've lost.
